Design Review

We develop project specific solutions pertaining to the installation of reinforcement; prefabricated

or loose bar.

With an overall assessment of critical design elements and construction bottle-necks, Alto is able to deliver time and cost saving solutions in the pre-fabricated reinforcement space.

Modelling and Analysis

Three -dimensional modelling allows for an accurate analysis of simple & complex structures with modelling techniques that have been tried & tested against third party engineering reviews.

SPACE GASS software is used to model elements in 3D, and Structural Toolkit and hand calculations are used to independently validate the model.

Certification

Lifting Certificate: stating that the prefabricated steel reinforcement structures are adequate for lifting using the nominated lifting points in accordance with the relevant drawings.

Temporary Works Certificate: stating that the installation of steel reinforcement is structurally adequate in accordance with the relevant drawings.

Design Report:
